The “Casa Apelio” Guesthouse is located in the region of Los Yébenes, where you can visit famous Manchego cheese factories, we have a bar restaurant which offers typical dishes. We also have free Wi-Fi connection in all our facilities.
The Guesthouse has the capacity for 26 people distributed in 14 rooms, 12 of which are doubles and two of which are singles. For a better comfort, we have cradles for the babies of the family. Our bedrooms have full bathrooms, television and air-conditioning system.

The regional gastronomy awards “Miguel de Cervantes 2016” have recognized our excellent cuisine, innovation and quality, always linked with the tradition. In the traditional cooking category, our “Casa Apelio” restaurant in Los Yébenes, in Los Montes de Toledo district, has received the first prize for our partridge salad. As the counselor has pointed out, it is the third generation of a family dedicated to the hotel business, with a cuisine based on regional products and products derived from hunting, and they are accompanied by the best wines.

We have the best homemade food. And as we mentioned before we can’t stop recommending our partridge salad, a good Manchego cheese, Castilian soup or white beans soup.
