Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. On this website we use the ones that are essential for it to work and, only with your permission, others for statistics. We explain them here, as required by article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. Your choice
The first time you visit, a notice lets you choose between “Accept all”, “Reject all” or “Settings” to choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. If you reject or close the notice, only the necessary cookies are used. Continuing to browse does not count as acceptance.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of every page. We store your choice for 182 days; after that we will ask you again.
2. Categories
- Necessary: they make the website and the booking engine work, protect the contact form against spam and remember your cookie choice. They do not need your consent.
- Statistics: Google Analytics. They are only activated if you accept them.
We do not use advertising cookies: Google’s advertising signals are always switched off, whether or not you accept statistics.

“Session” cookies are deleted when the browser session ends. Some browsers restore the session when you reopen them and, in that case, these cookies are still there.
4. Other third-party services that load
Apart from the cookies in the table, only these third-party services load without you having to accept anything. They receive your IP address and technical data about your browser:
- Cloudflare (security and delivery of the website, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free statistics service), on every page.
- Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), on the contact page only.
The “Get directions” and “Read reviews on Google” links open Google Maps only if you click them. More information in our privacy policy.
5. How to delete or block cookies in your browser
As well as using the notice, you can delete or block cookies in your browser:
If you block the necessary cookies, the booking engine may not work. If you do not want Google Analytics to measure you on any website, you can also install its opt-out browser add-on.
