Request and confirmation
What you send from the website is a booking request. We review every request by hand, and your booking is confirmed when we send you the confirmation email with the dates, rooms and total price.
Prices
The prices we display include VAT. Before you send your request, you will see the total price of your stay and of any extras you choose.
Payment
Payment is made at the establishment, in cash, by Bizum or by credit or debit card (American Express not accepted).
Cancellations and changes

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00.
